Chris Cook Ltd. is proud to represent Frogglez in the UK. We stand behind the materials and workmanship that goes into Frogglez® products. Return your product to us for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem - we will take them back. Return your product unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days and we will refund your account in full. The return postage cost will be covered by the consumer. 

Email info@frogglezgoggles.co.uk with your order number, a receipt, or proof of purchase and let us know you'd like to return it. 

MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTY

Frogglez® products come with a 6-month warranty* against manufacturers’ defects. Normal wear and tear, including discolouration, scratches, cracks and tears are not covered under the Frogglez® warranty.

Any items with suspected manufacturers’ defects are subject to inspection. If the problem is due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; however, Frogglez® will send the replacement item(s) free of charge.
